Day 13 - 4 Chances to win every day
Day 13 of No Matter What 28 Days to Results -
I love this day. In our pursuit of happiness, it's important to identify even the small things in life. Lisa Nichols challenges us to identify four wins every day. One between the time we wake up and Noon. One between Noon and 3pm, one between 3pm and 6pm and one between 6pm and when we go to bed. I love these time lines, because it give me more time in which to actually have a win when my kids are home from school. Hahaha. Much harder for mom to win when kids are involved. :-D
So the challenge for today was to identify one win in ONE of the four time segments identified. And to make it a habit going forward, to keep your eyes open for that win in each of the four segments.
My win(s) yesterday...
- Between the time I woke up and Noon - I wrote my "I have a dream" post. That was pretty epic in my book. Putting it out there.
- Did I identify a win between Noon and 3? I surely don't remember.
- From 3-6, my "win" was taking some time out to sit at the pool and enjoy watching my kids play.
- From 6-bedtime, my "win" was dinner. I made some awesome steaks, that my 13 year old was crying about having to eat at about 5:30. At 7, she loved them. I win. :-)
I'll start posting my wins on here each day, to keep myself accountable to actually identifying them.

Fat Loss Code diet day 2 was fun!
Breakfast - some strange cauliflour, broccoli, sausage saute with avocado and sauerkraut on the side
Snack - Green Drink from Organifi
Lunch - too full still from breakfast
Snack - Vega Vanilla Protein shake
Dinner - Steak with Avocado Salsa, roasted veggies, green salad
Dessert - cup of 4-sigmatic's reishi elixer
Exercise - 30 minutes of walking with Charlie in the morning, gardening, stick pickup in the yard
